Act 1: The Ceremony
When everyone is looking at you, you will be looking at him, and everything else should feel perfect. This is the moment you have been envisioning forever and with TJ the DJ you have gotten as close to a dream wedding as you can without being in a dream. Don’t pinch yourself, this is really happening and it’s the happiest day of your life, being joined to someone who loves you so much, it’s forever.
- Back Ground Music for seating and exit of ceremony.
Your guests arrive to your ceremony greeted by your ushers while gentle music plays. You have chosen for your ceremony appropriate themes that accent who you are as a couple, from love ballads, jazz, soft rock, or classical. Your love is a story that should be played though song and music that people will recognize as “music you would listen to.” People will remember the elegant feel and tone as they leave the ceremony in celebration of your new life together. Not just any music will do, you need music that is you.
- Music Program played on cue for each portion of the ceremony.
You want your ceremony to be remembered as the best ceremony ever. Every one knows their positions, everyone is rehearsed and ready. The background music fades a pause and the officiant enters on cue to a royal entrance of music. A they takes their position the back door to the church/hall is opened by your ushers, behind it the Groom and his men. Again, a song that clearly identifies the Groom is played while he and his band of merry men make their way to the altar. They stand in position and the music seamlessly changes and once again the doors are opened to reveal the bridesmaids. Something new begins to play as the bridesmaids slowly pace them selves down the isle, bright smiles on their faces. The music fades, all eyes turn to stare at the back of the room and for the last time the doors swing open for the big reveal as the bride begins her march down the isle, held by the man who will give her away. Everything timed, rehearsed and cued as if you had your own orchestra present and waiting. The music ends smoothly and naturally, fading to silence as the ceremony begins… “Who gives this woman away, to this man?”

As you say your vows, you know that others in attendance are looking at one another and renewing theirs. You don’t have to wonder if people can hear you because TJ the DJ has tastefully provided the officiant, bride and groom with a wireless lapel microphone. everyone can hear and understand the ceremony and later you will be complimented on how beautiful it was.
- Rehearsal consultation (present at rehearsal for cues, timing, pacing etc)
As everyone walks though their cues, marks their place and goes over the itinerary for the ceremony TJ the DJ is there, playing your choice of songs, marking the best place to set up, that is out of the way yet provides optimal sound coverage. everything has been sound checked and you know your ceremony will sound fantastic. Your music is chosen, cued and your wedding day jitters are much more relaxed.
- Rehearsal Dinner/Entertainment*.
Party out the pre-wedding jitters with a fun little get together after the rehearsal. Listen to your favorite songs and thank your wedding party for all their support in the weeks and months leading up to your big day. It’s a great way to let your hair down and play those songs grandma might not appreciate at your reception.
- Meetings as required to work on details, confirm cues, songs plan agenda and any other needs.
Nothing just happens, your dream ceremony will take hours of planning, picking just the right music to set the mood and tone you want. Each song, specially selected, will need to be edited to sound natural when starting and fading, you may even want only a portion of a song because of the special meaning of the lyrics or tempo. With so many ideas to create a truly unique experience you may want to completely customize your ceremony with unique entrances, choreographed marches down the isle. Everything customized to your wants, needs and where possible beyond your expectations.
